About me
I am a licensed clinical psychologist providing trauma informed, relational therapy for women navigating burnout, motherhood, and the invisible mental load of caregiving.
If you’re a Millennial or Gen Z woman balancing work, motherhood, or constant expectations, you may find yourself functioning on the outside while feeling tense, overwhelmed, or disconnected on the inside. Many women I work with are used to carrying a heavy mental and emotional load, managing responsibilities, relationships, and others’ needs while quietly ignoring their own. Over time, pushing through can become the norm, and slowing down can start to feel unfamiliar or even unsafe. I know firsthand what’s it’s like to love your people deeply and still crave five quiet minutes to yourself.
My approach is grounded in attachment theory and nervous system awareness, with an emphasis on understanding context rather than quick solutions. I believe therapy works best when it feels genuine. I show up as a real person. Thoughtful, present, and human.
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you’re not sure where to begin or how to put words to your experience. Many people seek therapy not because something is “wrong,” but because they want clarity and a more sustainable way of living. If you’re curious whether my approach is a good fit, I invite you to reach out for a free consultation.
