About me
I take a grounded, relational, in-depth approach to helping adults, couples, teens, and groups address anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions.
If you are struggling and seeking therapy to address anxiety, depression, relationship issues, a life transition, trauma, or any number of difficulties, you are not alone. We all need some extra support at various points in life. Therapy can be an amazingly supportive, meaningful, and exploratory process—a space to unpack all of life’s complexities. When we make space for our full humanity to be known and held with compassion, meaningful shifts can occur. We’ll work collaboratively to address your specific needs and goals, while holding space for your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
Together, we'll explore deeply held patterns and beliefs in order to gain understanding, practice showing up in new ways, and get things feeling better. All parts of your identity are welcome in our work together. I offer trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and culturally responsive therapy.
Getting started and choosing a therapist can sometimes feel daunting. It’s important that you feel safe and supported throughout the therapy process and that you work with someone you can genuinely connect to. If you think we may be a good fit, reach out to set up a free consult. Or visit my website to learn more.
