About me
I’m a licensed therapist helping adults navigate anxiety, mood disorders, and substance use with practical, real-life strategies.
I’m a licensed therapist providing virtual therapy across New Jersey, Vermont, Colorado, and Florida. I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, mood disorders, substance use, and relationship challenges—especially when things feel overwhelming, out of control, or just exhausting to manage alone.
With over 15 years of experience in mental health and addiction treatment, I take a practical, down-to-earth approach to therapy. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all treatment. Instead, I help you understand what’s actually happening beneath the surface and build tools that actually work in your day-to-day life.
Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck—whether it’s patterns in relationships, cycles of anxiety or depression, or difficulty managing emotions. I frequently work with individuals dealing with Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), anxiety, and substance use, helping them develop more stability, clarity, and control.
My style is supportive but direct. I’ll meet you where you are, but I’ll also challenge you when needed. Therapy with me is collaborative, structured when helpful, and always focused on meaningful progress—not just talking in circles.
I offer flexible, fully virtual sessions and accept several major insurance plans. While my calendar may not always reflect all current openings, I encourage you to reach out directly—I’m often able to provide additional availability or discuss upcoming openings.
If you’re looking for therapy that’s practical, honest, and actually helps you move forward, I’d be happy to connect.
