About me
I am an experienced therapist who helps adults navigate substance use concerns, co-occurring mental health challenges, and life transitions through a solution-focused, person-centered approach.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey and Colorado, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in Vermont, and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor with over 15 years of experience in the addiction and mental health field. My background includes work in outpatient, inpatient, detox, IIC, and private practice settings, serving individuals with substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health concerns, anxiety, mood disorders, and significant life transitions.
My therapeutic style is solution-focused and person-centered, with an emphasis on collaboration, practical problem-solving, and realistic goal setting. I believe therapy should be a supportive space where clients feel heard and respected, while also being guided toward meaningful and sustainable change. I work with both voluntary and court-involved clients and strive to balance compassion with structure and accountability.
I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming. My goal is to help clients gain clarity, build effective coping skills, and move forward at a pace that feels manageable and aligned with their individual needs.
