Compassionate mental health therapist with over 20 years experience supporting children, adolescents, and families.
With over 20 years experience as a mental health therapist, I am dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and families navigate life's challenges with compassion, understanding, and practical support. My approach is rooted in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to grow. As an Army wife and mother to 2 teenage sons, I understand firsthand the unique challenges that families face.. Whether you or your child is struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, or family conflict, my focus is on building resilience, fostering emotional connections, and strengthening coping skills. My goal is to partner with you on your journey towards growth-helping you find balance, hope and a renewed sense of well-being.
A significant part of my practice focuses on reunification therapy and therapeutic visitation support. I assist families rebuild trust and strengthen relationships following a period of separation. Using evidence-based practices such as family systems therapy, trauma-informed care, and attachment-focused interventions, I tailor my approach to meet each families unique needs. Whether facilitating structured family sessions, supporting co-parents, or helping children adjust to new family dynamics, I am committed to fostering a safe and supportive space for families to communicate, heal, and move forward, together.
