About me
Are you challenged to motivate yourself to do common tasks? Does it seem like others can get things done three times faster than you? Are there piles around you that you can't quite ever seem to get rid of? You are not alone. As a certified ADHD therapist, I am dedicated to helping adult clients with their challenges in organization, working memory, emotional regulation, time management, and as well as struggles with anxiety and mood disorders.
Since 2011, I have worked at Meier Clinics in the intensive Day Program, assessing and helping clients as the lead Intake Specialist and through outpatient therapy. I have now chosen to concentrate my therapy work on ADHD, anxiety and mood disorders for adult clients. In 2022, I obtained my certification as an ADHD Clinical Certified Services Provider.
