About me
I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern seeing adolescents and adults struggling with trauma, grief, personality disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, and neurodivergence.
Many of my clients are making sense of painful experiences while learning who they are beneath years of masking, people pleasing, or simply trying to survive. I offer a compassionate, collaborative, trauma-informed space where you can better understand yourself, regulate emotions, build practical coping skills, and create lasting change that feels authentic to you. As a neurodivergent therapist with colorful hair, tattoos, and a down-to-earth style, I create a space where you can show up without masking or pretending.
I specialize in trauma, neurodivergence, and personality disorders. Therapy isn't one-size-fits-all, so I take an integrative approach, drawing from DBT, CBT, TF-CBT, somatic interventions, person-centered, and narrative therapy to meet you where you are and support your unique goals.
Therapy isn't about fixing you. It's about helping you reconnect with yourself. Whether you're anxious, skeptical, exhausted, hopeful, or somewhere in between, you're welcome here. I'll meet you with warmth, curiosity, and authenticity, and we'll move through the process together at a pace that feels right for you.
