About me
I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern seeing adolescents and adults struggling with trauma, grief, personality disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, and neurodivergence.
Many of my clients are processing past experiences while also trying to understand themselves, whether that’s ADHD, autism, depression, anxiety, or simply feeling out of step with the world around them. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and healing-centered. We’ll focus on understanding patterns, regulating emotions, and building tools that actually fit your life.
Therapy isn’t about fixing you, it's about helping you feel more grounded, connected, and aligned with the life you want for yourself. As a neurodivergent therapist, I bring both lived experience and clinical perspective into the room. I strive to create a space where you don’t have to mask, overexplain, or have it all figured out.
I’m also a purple-haired, tattooed human who values authenticity and keeps things warm, real, and down-to-earth. You are welcome to come as you are; uncertain, guarded, hopeful, or anywhere in between, we'll move through the process together at your pace.
