About me
You can expect a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental atmosphere where you feel free to talk openly about anything. I will give you my full attention and provide a personalized approach tailored to your unique needs and goals.
My greatest strengths are my ability to create a safe and nonjudgmental space and my use of empathy, active listening, and a healthy dose of humor. I believe these qualities help build trust and allow you to feel comfortable exploring even the most difficult parts of your experience.
I earned my bachelor’s degree from Temple University and my master’s degree from Fordham University. I have worked in an inpatient psychiatric facility for over three years, primarily supporting adults and older adults. I hold deep admiration for the clients who commit to the challenging work of self-reflection and strive to change long-held negative thought patterns. I also enjoy incorporating humor into my work and have found that a bit of lightness can be incredibly healing, even in the most difficult circumstances.
