About me
I am an experienced licensed professional counselor, certified depth counselor, a certified integrative mental health professional, trained addictions counselor, and fully trained in IFS, EMDR, DBT, mindfulness, and CBT. My areas of experience include anxiety, trauma, LGBTQ+, self-esteem, spirituality, and creativity.
I believe in the resilience of the human spirit and heart, and work to help my clients grow, not just beyond their pain, but through their pain. I resist pathologizing human behavior and experience, and instead work to help clients put their experiences into meaningful context. In my 11 years in the field, I have observed that deep healing happens only when we address the whole person—mind, body, spirit, and soul. Whatever your unique struggles, I will meet you where you are without judgment.
