My practice was created to bridge the gap between evidence-based therapy and holistic mind-body approaches. My work integrates traditional clinical tools with deeper healing practices that support emotional wellness, self-development, and spiritual growth — helping clients heal from trauma, reduce anxiety and depression, build self-esteem. Our work together will encourage you to experience transformation that isn’t just talked about or understood in theory, but truly felt and embodied.
