About me
I am a licensed professional counselor supporting adults through anxiety, grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges with warmth, insight, and practical strategies for change.
Many of my clients are caring, capable adults who are used to managing life’s challenges on their own but have reached a point where they feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted. They may be navigating anxiety, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, life transitions, depression, women’s issues, caregiving responsibilities, burnout, or work-life balance concerns. Often, they are seeking a supportive space to process what they’re experiencing, gain perspective, develop practical coping strategies, and reconnect with their strengths as they move toward healing, growth, and a greater sense of balance.
I help adults navigate anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship challenges, women’s issues, stress, burnout, and work-life balance concerns. Together, we’ll build practical tools, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change that supports your goals and well-being.
