About me
I am an experienced trauma therapist with specializations in domestic violence, narcissistic abuse, and mood disorders such as depression or bipolar. I take an integrative approach combining evidence-based therapy with holistic modalities including yogic breathwork, meditation, and shamanic energy-work to offer whole healing for body, mind, and soul.

I was drawn to help others find healing through the powerful, magical modalities of reiki, shamanic energy-work, yoga, and nature therapy with professional support, thus I became a fully licensed psychotherapist to ensure that my clients will receive proper clinical guidance and evidence-based therapy along with holistic modalities.
