About me
I'm a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, and family conflicts, drawing on evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique needs.
My practice focuses on helping you address communication difficulties, guilt and shame, body image concerns, mood challenges, and life transitions—including young adulthood, midlife shifts, and military-related experiences. I'm particularly skilled in trauma-informed care and supporting those healing from abuse.
I'm committed to creating a therapeutic space that honors your values and identity. As a therapist of color, I bring cultural awareness and understanding to our work together. I approach therapy from a secular, progressive perspective, meeting you with authenticity, respect, and genuine care.
I'm fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing me to work with you in the language that feels most comfortable and natural.
My role is to walk alongside you with compassion and skill, helping you build resilience and move toward meaningful change at your own pace. I'm honored to support you on your healing journey.
