About me
I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in New York City, with over six years’ experience in one-on-one counseling work. I have worked with individuals presenting with a wide range of concerns including but not limited to anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress, situational stress, self-esteem, and life transitions. Our work together will help you develop creative coping skills, resolve past trauma, adjust your ways of thinking and relating to others, and connect better with yourself.
My style integrates a variety of modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, mindfulness, and creative expression. I identify as a queer clinician and practice from kink/BDSM positive, non-monogamous positive, and fat/body positive position.
Beginning therapy for the first time, or starting fresh with a new therapist, can feel daunting and overwhelming. My goal is to create a safe space for your vulnerability where we can work collaboratively towards your goals. I’d love to connect and discuss what you’re looking for!
