As an integrated therapist, I reject a “one size fits all” approach. I draw from various modalities as necessitated by the presenting issue, and believe that techniques should be tailored to individualized needs. I seek to minimize “labeling,” and strive to make a genuine human connection with clients as they share their unique worldview and experiences.
