About me
Hello! I am an experienced mental health counselor, and have worked in this field for over 10 years. I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, and attachment issues, among other diagnoses. I love to utilize Accelerated Resolution Therapy in order to get long lasting and quick results when healing from trauma or other struggles in mental health. I am also trained in many other facets of therapy, including DBT, ACT, CBT, TF-CBT, ART, and other modalities. I have a passion for helping clients reach their goals towards living a healthy and productive life!
Also, everyone knows that sometimes, life can be tough. Whether you feel like you are trying your hardest, or feel like things rarely go your way, we all go through multiple emotions on a daily basis. Sometimes, we feel we have the skills to navigate our circumstances, and other times we feel left in the dark; and that is totally normal! Whether you are going through something very difficult, or just need support making daily decisions, I understand, and am here for you! I truly feel that we all have resilience and that sometimes we need a reminder of how strong and capable we really are. No one knows you better than yourself, and I want to be the support you need to re-discover the amazing person you are. In our time together, I will provide an open environment for you to work through your thoughts and feelings without judgement. I feel that validation of your experiences helps to guide the therapy process.
