About me

If you're here, chances are something inside you knows there has to be another way.

You’ve done the coping skills. You’ve tried to hold it together.

Maybe you’re high-functioning on the outside but exhausted underneath. Maybe the things that used to work no longer do. Anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, people-pleasing, emotional disconnection, relationship struggles, or a deep sense that something inside you is asking for change can all be signs that your system is ready for a different way forward.

Some clients come to me during major life transitions or what feels like a Dark Night of the Soul — a season where old identities, patterns, and survival strategies are no longer sustainable. While painful, these moments can also become powerful openings for healing, self-trust, and transformation.

My Approach: You-Centered, integrative, and embodied

My approach is deeply relational, intuitive, and grounded. I don’t believe you are broken or something to be “fixed.” Together, we create space to understand the patterns, protective parts, wounds, emotions, and nervous system responses that have shaped your experience — with compassion rather than shame.

I integrate traditional therapeutic approaches with holistic and mindfulness-based practices, tailoring sessions to each individual rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. Modalities I may draw from include psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Compassion Key, Non-Personal Awareness, shadow work and bringing it all together using parts work.

Many of the people drawn to my work are highly self-aware, sensitive, empathic, spiritually curious, or deeply committed to their own growth. They’re often tired of abandoning themselves in order to survive and are ready to begin relating to themselves differently.

Healing is not about becoming someone else. It’s about reconnecting with the parts of yourself that had to go quiet in order to get through life.

I offer telehealth sessions throughout Georgia, allowing you to engage in therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
