About me
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional who helps individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, and life transitions while developing practical tools to feel more grounded and confident.
Therapy should be a space where you can be honest about what is happening in your life without feeling judged, rushed, or expected to have everything figured out. My approach is warm, collaborative, and direct. I want you to feel supported, but I also believe therapy can be a place where we gently challenge patterns that may no longer be serving you.
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship concerns, grief, postpartum changes, and major life transitions. Together, we can explore the experiences and patterns contributing to how you feel while also developing practical strategies you can use outside of the therapy room.
My work incorporates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and insight-oriented interventions. Treatment is tailored to you rather than forcing you into one particular approach.
Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, trying to understand yourself better, navigating a difficult transition, or simply realizing that something in your life needs to change, therapy can give you the space to slow things down, make sense of what is happening, and determine what you want your next steps to look like.
