About me
Veteran-owned counseling for teens and families facing anxiety, overwhelm, conflict, and life transitions—Parker + telehealth Colorado.
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or caught in patterns that aren’t working anymore? That might look like anxiety that won’t shut off, panic, irritability, shutdown or avoidance, slipping motivation, conflict at home, or the sense that everything feels heavier than it “should.”
My approach is practical, collaborative, and grounded. We’ll slow things down enough to understand what’s driving the pattern, then build tools you can use in real life—emotion regulation, coping skills, communication strategies, and clear next steps. Therapy isn’t about labels or quick fixes; it’s about helping you feel steadier, more capable, and more connected to yourself and the people who matter.
As a retired U.S. Air Force veteran, I understand high-pressure environments and what it’s like to carry a lot for a long time. I also have years of experience working with teens and understand the pressures they face—internally and externally. That perspective shapes my work with teens and adults, especially around stress, identity, transitions, trauma, and the impact of difficult experiences. We’ll move at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
Sessions are available in person in Parker, Colorado and via secure telehealth anywhere in Colorado. I’m private pay, and I can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement when applicable. If you’re unsure whether I’m the right fit, I’m happy to start with a brief consult so you can ask questions and get a feel for how I work.
