About me
I have experience in the mental health field working with children, adolescents, and adults offering Trauma-Informed Care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution Focused Therapy. I specialize in supporting clients navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, autism, and grief. Together we can focus on strengthening resilience and deepening empathy.
I have worked in the mental health field for over 10 years, supporting children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of needs, including intellectual disabilities, autism, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and dual diagnoses. I offer the flexibility of virtual sessions to make therapy accessible and convenient.
In our first session, we’ll take the time to explore your story and begin creating a plan that feels supportive and personalized to your needs. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel truly heard as we work together toward healing, growth, and lasting change.
