About me
Many professional women reach out to me when success on the outside no longer matches how they feel internally. I specialize in the impact of workplace trauma, chronic stress, and the emotional weight of demanding professional roles. My work combines EMDR with a direct, steady therapeutic style that helps you understand long-standing patterns and build a more sustainable way of navigating your life and career. I am licensed in New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts, and I am a registered telehealth provider in Florida.
Many of the women I work with have spent years navigating demanding professional environments, carrying expectations that are rarely acknowledged and often misunderstood. By the time they reach out, they’re exhausted by stress, overwhelmed by responsibility, or struggling with the long-term impact of difficult work experiences. My practice is built for clients who need a place where their internal world finally gets as much attention as the external roles they’ve been managing.
My style is direct, steady, and big-sister-ish — honest, supportive, and focused on helping you see what’s really going on beneath the surface. I draw from EMDR, trauma-informed approaches, and insight-driven work, along with practical strategies that fit the reality of busy professional lives. You won’t be asked to perform or pretend everything is fine. Our work focuses on developing emotional steadiness, understanding long-standing patterns, and creating a more sustainable way of navigating your life and career.
My practice offers a thoughtful space for professional women who feel the weight of their careers and need support that matches the complexity of what they’re carrying. If you’re navigating burnout, workplace trauma, chronic overwhelm, or a growing sense that something needs to change, therapy can help you understand why these experiences stay with you and how to move forward in a more grounded way.
