I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in working with college students, young adults, and professionals. I am dedicated to helping my clients come alive, discover the goodness in life, and deepen their sense of self by developing skills to navigate the pressures of life while finding freedom and wholeness in who they are!

There is no universal blueprint for getting through life without a scratch. Life gets hard and sometimes it can feel like your entire world is spinning out of control. As your fellow human, I too, know feelings of pain and suffering. The heartache and confusion that often comes with broken relationships, addiction, and difficult life transitions. The sense of emptiness and lack of identity and direction that ebbs and flows as we move through our existence. None of us are exempt, but I’m here to tell you that you are not alone and that there is hope.

You are hardwired to survive. Better yet, when given the appropriate tools, you can actually thrive. It might not seem like it now, but you are fully capable of healing through the hurt, learning how to handle the mess when it shows up, and living a life of true fulfillment.

I am here to walk with you through the dark times, help you shed old stories, build new ones, and uncover the goodness in life.
