My approach to counseling is warm, empathetic, encouraging, eclectic, collaborative and holistic. I am a graduate from Liberty University, with a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Christian Counseling. I am also trained as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). I enjoy working with children utilizing play therapy to help them deal with issues such as school frustrations, bullying, adoption, foster care, sense of worth, life transitions as well as those struggling with anxiety and ADHD symptoms. I also enjoy working with pregnant and new Mamas who feel overwhelmed, as well as those who have endured the loss of a child through miscarriage or stillbirth. I would love to meet you and serve you in whatever season you find yourself in. My office is located in a 1920's Craftsman home turned into offices. The setting is cozy, sweet and welcoming. When you enter you will be greeted by my receptionist Ellie at the front desk and she will then direct you to my office upstairs. I look forward to hearing from you and meeting you.
