About me

My approach draws from person-centered, trauma-informed, and skills-based approaches, empowering building resilience, developing practical coping strategies, and moving toward lives that are aligned with personal values and goals. My clinical interests and experince include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, adolescent and adult mental health, perinatal mental health, life transitions, older adult mental health, and multicultural counseling.

I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student in Seattle University’s counseling program with extensive experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient behavioral health settings. I provide individual therapy to adults and childen experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, grief and loss, perinatal mental health challenges, and significant life transitions. I have also co-facilitated Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills groups in an inpatient behavioral health setting and has worked collaboratively with interdisciplinary treatment teams to support comprehensive client care.. My therapeutic philosophy is rooted in creating a safe, supportive, and culturally responsive environment where people can feel seen, heard, and valued. I believe meaningful change occurs when people are met with compassion, authenticity, and evidence-based care tailored to their unique experiences.
