About me
I offer a relaxed, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can talk openly about whatever is on your mind.
In our work together, we can focus on immediate coping strategies to manage today, as well as a gradual, in-depth exploration of your history to inform the future.
I welcome whatever unique experiences you bring and have specialist experience supporting people with self-esteem, life transitions, relationships, anxiety, addiction, trauma, and attachment issues.
I have experience working in Prisons, Schools and within the NHS alongside my private practise.
My approach is integrative, meaning I draw on a range of theories and methods. This allows me to adapt to your individual needs. Whether you’re seeking practical tools, deeper self-understanding, or both. Therapy can be a place for self-exploration and personal growth, leading to lasting change.
My aim is to create a space where you can be yourself, feel truly heard and supported as we work together toward clarity, healing, and a new way forward.
