About me
I work with children, teens, and adults who are seeking support for anxiety, OCD, grief, and trauma. My go to approaches include ERP, ACT, IFS/parts work, and mindfulness. My work is through a person-centered lens, honoring the identities that shape who you are and the systems you navigate, creating a space for meaningful change.
Reaching out for support can be overwhelming, so let's take this next step together. We all have times in our lives when things are too hard to navigate alone. I am passionate about working with people experiencing challenges with anxiety and OCD. If you feel like you are stuck in this never ending cycle of fear-based decisions, my passion is helping people get out of this loop. I also specialize in grief and loss, and feel honored to support clients in learning how to carry what can't be fixed. I'm a firm believer that just as we care for our physical health, our mental health deserves the same compassion and understanding.
My primary goal as a therapist is to create a safe environment, rooted in curiosity, for clients to feel empowered. Based in Grand Rapids, I offer in-person and virtual sessions for people in the state of Michigan. If you feel like we would be a good fit, I'd love to schedule a 15 minute consult call!
