About me
I have been a therapist for 18 years and have experience working with neurodivergent teenagers and adults on developing coping skills they can use immediately in daily life.
I know life can be overwhelming sometimes. Life transitions, every day stress and demands, and just trying to get through the days can be draining. My specialty is helping with this stress and overwhelm. I help you put things in perspective, develop coping skills you can use immediately, hopefully come away with a little less stress at the end.
