As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I am passionate about helping individuals struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, codependency, and inner child wounds.

Sometimes life can become heavy when we carry various burdens, and we can find ourselves feeling anxious, depressed, or detached and not quite know why. Many of us do not realize the trauma we carry from life experiences such as loss, addiction, abuse, past relationship concerns, or even current relationships. This trauma can show up in our bodies, thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and relationships, causing us concerns that we are not sure how to navigate. I hold firm to the belief that we all have inherent worth, strength, and the power within ourselves to create the life we want and to be the best version of ourselves.
I will assist you in increasing your self-empowerment and help you develop the tools needed to increase your understanding of self, thoughts, and belief patterns. My goal is to create an environment where you feel safe and empowered to connect to your internal solutions, heal from past burdens, and transform yourself and your life.
