With over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, I bring a compassionate, grounded approach to therapy that is both trauma-informed and evidence-based. I am a trained EMDR therapist and specialize in working with concerns such as trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and major life transitions. My goal is to provide care that feels personalized, supportive, and responsive to your unique experiences and needs.

In my practice, I primarily work with adults and older adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I am trained in EMDR, an effective therapy for processing traumatic experiences, and I also integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). These approaches allow us to build practical coping tools while deepening insight into emotional patterns and relationships.
