About me
I am passionate about providing support to women in the perinatal period helping them navigate the transition into motherhood. I also assist clients and couples with navigating infertility, infant and child loss.
I will work with clients through family conflict, relationship issues, grief and loss, recovery from abuse, and trauma. With adults, I utilize CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and solution focused interventions. I have an eclectic approach to therapy. When working with couples, I incorporate my training in the Gottman Method.
