About me
I am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor with experience working with children and adults process and cope with anxiety, chronic illness, depression, and ADHD.
I’ve always been a natural listener who considers it an honor to sit with people in their pain. I offer a safe, supportive space where you can feel seen, heard, and deeply understood. I am gentle, easy-going, and compassionate in my care. I work well with those that want to take a deeper look at their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, longings, relationships, and past wounds. My approach to therapy is trauma-informed and attachment-based, with an emphasis on the role of the therapeutic relationship in healing. I integrate insight-oriented work with practical skill-building to support both emotional healing and symptom relief.
I strive to help each client feel supported, validated, and empowered. I value healing emotions and relationships, as well as exploring your past and how it impacts you presently. I help you to gain insight about yourself and your patterns so that you can make decisions that aid in your growth towards long-lasting change.
I see it as a privilege to walk alongside people in both the joys and the trials of life. I know the courage it takes to reach out for help, and I would love to help you as you take that brave step for yourself. I believe that within a safe therapeutic space, the benefit outweighs the risk that comes with vulnerability.
