About me
Clients can expect an unbiased, welcoming environment where they feel heard, supported, and comfortable discussing anything that feels important. My goal is to help clients gain a deeper understanding of thoughts, emotions, and behavior patterns so informed, healthy choices feel more accessible. I take a collaborative approach, meeting clients where they are while gently encouraging growth in ways that feel meaningful and aligned with personal goals.
My passion is helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, build emotional resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change. I take a client-centered, compassionate, and collaborative approach, and I strive to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered. Building a strong therapeutic relationship and genuine rapport is a top priority, as this connection is essential to effective therapy. My counseling style is relaxed, empathetic, and grounded in understanding.
I earned a Master’s degree in Counseling from Stockton University. My strengths include authenticity, reliability, patience, empathy, and active listening. I value continued learning and am always seeking opportunities to grow professionally and further develop skills in order to provide the highest quality care.
