About me
Hello! I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Indiana. I received my Masters degree from Indiana university, School of Social Work. I have an experience of 5 years serving children, adolescents and adults in hospital, schools and outpatient settings. I have had the opportunity to help my clients to work through different mental health challenges ranging from anxiety, depression, Post traumatic stress disorders, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem and confidence issues.
In our first session we will do Introductions and make Goals by discussing what brings you to seek support and what you hope to achieve. We will then do an exploration of Concerns to get a better sense of your situation, including your current challenges, any past experiences that may be relevant, and your overall mental health history. I will then share any information or resources pertaining to your concerns. We will then talk about setting expectations. I will wrap the session by answering any queries you may have.
My greatest strength as a mental health provider is my ability to offer non-judgmental support and provide evidence-based information. I’m here to listen, understand your concerns, and provide guidance based on the latest research and best practices.
It takes a lot of courage to reach out. Congratulations on taking your first step! I look forward to being a part of your mental health journey.
