About me
I support teens and young adults through overwhelming emotions, anxiety, identity and relationship challenges, using a flexible, trauma-informed approach to create a warm and nonjudgmental space where they can heal, build resilience, and strengthen their sense of self.
I strive to support teens and young adults as they navigate overwhelming emotions, social anxiety, identity struggles, and challenges in relationships with peers and family. I specialize in helping individuals process trauma and grief, build self-esteem, manage anxiety, and more.
I use an eclectic therapeutic approach, which means I tailor my methods to meet the unique needs of each client. Whether you benefit most from cognitive strategies, insight-oriented exploration, or strength-based support, I will adjust to help you feel safe, seen, and supported.
My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can process your experiences, build resilience, and move toward healing. Together, we’ll work on developing coping skills, increasing self-awareness, and restoring a sense of hope and self-worth.
