About me
I am a mental health professional who is dedicated to helping adolescents, adults, and couples cope with life transitions, relationship issues, and self-esteem.
I work with teens, adults, and couples ranging in age from 13 to 55. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life. I specialize in helping individuals navigate challenges such as self-esteem, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, relationship struggles, and family issues. I take a holistic approach to mental health, and I incorporate mindfulness-based techniques to help you build emotional resilience and a greater sense of well-being.
Using a strengths based and person centered approach, I meet you where you're at. In my practice, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. Each of these methods allows me to tailor our work together to fit your unique needs and goals.
If you're looking for support and a path forward, I'm here to walk alongside you in your journey to healing and growth. Please reach out if you are ready to begin your therapy journey.
