About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) with an endorsement in gambling addiction. I specialize in working with individuals who are struggling with addiction, I also have experience working with parents, teenagers, and families navigating a variety of challenges.
My approach to therapy is centered on creating a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to be their true, authentic selves. I believe that healing begins when we feel truly heard and understood, which is why I work to build a strong therapeutic alliance from our first session.
Together, we will explore what brings you to therapy, and I will help you navigate the path forward with respect, care, and understanding.
In the early sessions, you can expect a space to openly discuss your struggles, goals, and what you hope to achieve in therapy.
I place emphasis on my commitment to providing a nonjudgmental and empathetic environment where clients can feel safe exploring their challenges. Whether you're struggling with addiction or facing family dynamics, I provide personalized support to help you move forward with confidence and clarity.
