Hi! I'm Katie Trent, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 14 years of experience providing counseling, support, and resources to equip and encourage strong, faith-filled families.

I utilize an eclectic approach to best meet my client's unique needs with a solution-focus and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy approach.

I provide Christian counseling to children, teens, adults, couples, and families experiencing a wide range of struggles, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional & behavioral struggles, marital and pre-marital counseling, and family counseling.

I am empathetic, encouraging, direct, and supportive. I want my clients to feel safe and comfortable sharing openly with me, as if we were sharing a cup of coffee and engaging in conversation.

I help clients identify and articulate goals to empower them achieve their desired results with support and guidance from me.

During our first session, you'll have the chance to share about yourself, your goals, and your needs. I'll answer your questions and provide you with tools and resources to move forward and feel confident in your next steps.
