Send your prospective therapist a brief message about why you’re seeking support, your preference for in-person or telehealth services, and how you’d like to be contacted moving forward. Note: Answers to many common questions can be found on the therapist’s profile page. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
I am a therapist who works with teens, adults and couples in a supportive environment. My specialties include anxiety, trauma, grief, and coping with major life transitions.
Life can go sideways in all kinds of ways, and therapy can give you concrete tools and aha moments that can change everything. My work focuses on working to deepen how we tell stories about ourselves and our lives, as well as understanding and healing the wounds we carry. I actively cultivate an atmosphere that welcomes and celebrates diversity of all kinds (race, sexual orientation, gender, class, age, ability, religion, spirituality). I approach therapy with empathy, honesty, humor, and a belief in healing and transformation. Besides being a therapist, I am a young adult scifi/fantasy writer, a parent, and have a daily mindfulness practice. I have greatly benefited from psychotherapy myself.
I am looking forward to connecting with you.
