About me
I am an associate counselor helping adults explore and process the effects of trauma.
Hi, I'm Katie. I'm glad you're here. We all carry stories—some whispered, some buried, some still unfolding. My work is grounded in the belief that healing begins when we can gently turn toward our inner truths with curiosity and compassion. I specialize in helping individuals navigate the complex ways trauma impacts emotional connection, self-worth, and our capacity to be in relationship—with ourselves, others, and the world. Our work together will explore not only what’s painful, but also what’s possible by tending to the roots of your experience while creating space for growth, meaning, and repair.
Trauma can leave us feeling fragmented, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve us. Whether you’re grieving a loss, struggling to feel safe in your body, or longing for deeper intimacy and belonging, I offer a steady, nonjudgmental presence to help you reconnect with your wholeness.
This work is not about fixing what’s broken. It’s about honoring your story, reclaiming your voice, and moving toward a more integrated and empowered sense of self. If you’re ready to begin that journey, I’m here to walk alongside you.
