Everyone has a unique and individual story. Sometimes this story has deep and dark moments or complex traumas affecting the course of an individual's life. I enjoy helping individuals work past areas in their mind causing them to feel stuck and disempowered. I can help you to experiment with thoughts and behavior patterns to address some of the negative stories and situations going on in your life. For the past 3+ years, I have specialized primarily in PTSD and Complex Trauma, Mood Disorders, Conflicts in Relationships, Self- Esteem, Self Worth, Self- Harm and/or Suicidal Ideations.
