About me
I am a Counselor licensed in Vermont (for telehealth only) and Colorado (in-person and telehealth). I work with adults who have experienced Narcissistic Abuse, death of a loved one, life transitions, anxiety, and depression. I use a Holistic approach in helping you feel better about yourself and your life. Together, we will look at all areas of your life (mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual) to discover your unique path to creating your best life possible!
I have a passion for working with Highly Sensitive People (HSP). I am an HSP, myself so I personally know the gifts and struggles that come with this trait.. I specialize in helping those wanting to explore their connection to the spiritual realms. I can assist you in finding purposeful meaning in your life and feeling like you have a life direction. I have also personally experienced Narcissistic abuse and help those currently navigating the relationship and those that are ready to leave. Moving through the grief process can be daunting and having a guide to accompany you can be essential. I use alternative modalities of healing to those open to this. I can see clients in person at my office in Parker, CO or for clients located in Vermont, I do telehealth video sessions.
