I am an experienced Licenced Professional Counselor Associate specializing in sand tray therapy, play therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. I accept clients of all ages, including children, who are seeking help through life difficult life transitions or who feel stuck in anxiety, depression, grief, anger or fear.

Are you a creative? My therapeutic approach taps into creative processes that help adolescents and adults discover themselves, explore feelings, and find or attribute new meanings to their life experiences. Through Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Sandtray Therapy, role play, chair work and more, I guide clients in working through conflicts and emotions to bring unconscious fears, thoughts, and memories into their conscious awareness with a goal of becoming an active agent in their lives. These therapeutic processes can help improve clients' resilience, self-esteem, decision making skills, and overall mental health.
My practice is set in a quaint, 100 year old house that offers a safe, comfortable environment for all ages. A fully equipped play room and a cozy living room allow me to work with children and groups.
