About me
I am an experienced psychoanalytically psychotherapist who is passionate about helping you cope and rebuild meaningful lives, specializing in relationships, GRIEF therapy, emotional and physical pain and addictions.
Over the last 20 plus years, I have committed my practice to helping individuals, couples and families to better deal with the ups and downs of life, loss and trauma through creating together a relationship that helps to understand themselves, communicate effectively, find intimacy and meaning in their lives. I take a relational psychodynamic approach to looking deep into the patterns of relating from the past and how they affect you now and focus on making new pathways through our therapeutic relationship. You can expect complete dedication from me, I have had a wide variety of experience and training. I can offer you a safe holding environment for your feelings so that you never have to feel alone with them.
