About me
I'm a therapist with a decade of experience supporting individuals through some of life's most challenging experiences. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, and trauma. My approach is grounded in understanding how these struggles interconnect and impact your sense of self.
I specialize in helping clients work through trauma and abuse, including sexual assault and posttraumatic stress. I also support those dealing with mood disorders, panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive patterns, self-harm, and the weight of guilt and shame. Additionally, I'm experienced in addressing the unique challenges of young adults, including issues around self-esteem, communication, impulsivity, and the effects of prejudice and discrimination.
My work is centered on fostering self-love and healing, creating space for you to process difficult emotions and build healthier relationships—both with yourself and others. I believe in meeting you where you are with compassion and respect, honoring your unique identity and experiences as we work together toward meaningful change.
