About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I’ve helped individuals of all ages overcome the challenges associated with difficult feelings such as anxiety, depression, anger, insecurity/low self esteem and fear. I’ve supported people to reprocess trauma and deal with adjusting to changes in life. I’ve also helped many people through their journeys in recovery and familial conflict. There are many times I’ve been a consistent outlet to talk about the events of the day, thoughts that become confusing and jumbled often get sorted out and clarity remains.
I strive to meet people where they’re at and offer any resource available to me along the way. Being genuine and authentic are priorities to me as well as offering evidenced based approaches, such as CBT, EMDR, IFS, DBT and others.
