About me
I'm a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging transitions and struggles. My work spans depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and LGBTQ+ affirming care. I'm particularly skilled at helping clients navigate communication difficulties, isolation, identity questions, and the complex emotions that arise from loss, abuse, and discrimination.
I work with clients across the lifespan—from midlife transitions to aging and end-of-life concerns. I'm experienced in supporting caregivers, veterans, and those managing chronic illness, as well as helping people explore questions of purpose, forgiveness, and belonging after difficult experiences.
My approach is grounded in compassion and genuine respect for who you are and where you come from. I create space to explore family patterns, relationship dynamics, workplace challenges, and the deeper questions that bring you to therapy. Whether you're processing trauma, navigating identity, or seeking clarity during a life transition, I'm here to support your healing at your own pace.
I believe in meeting you where you are with honesty, warmth, and a commitment to your growth. Starting therapy takes courage, and I'm honored to walk alongside you.
