About me
I am an experienced Integrative Counsellor & Psychotherapist with over seven years’ practice in both paid and voluntary roles, supporting clients through some of life’s most challenging experiences. My work includes helping women and partners following the permanent removal of a child, suicide prevention and postvention, and supporting those navigating grief, loss, and trauma.
Known for my calm, non-judgemental presence, I attune to both spoken and unspoken needs, creating a safe and comfortable space where trust can grow. I take an integrative approach, drawing on the therapeutic methods most suited to each individual, including Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, Relational, CBT, and existential perspectives. My client work spans a wide range of issues, including bereavement by suicide or dementia, stress, anxiety, depression, and complex trauma.
