About me
I am an experienced licensed professional counselor who is passionate about helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, relationship issues, and coping with grief/loss. You are the expert of your life story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming whatever is holding you back. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
I began my professional career in 2007 working with neurodiverse children and adolescents by supporting their family with gaining skills to cope with the struggles of mental health conditions. Then I transitioned to providing supportive intervention services to at risk pregnant women in 2010. I became a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor in 2014 to better assist and counsel individuals with substance use issues. My experience with supporting clients with addiction issues spans a ten year period. I became a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2019 to fulfill a passion helping others by creating a vision to incorporate an integrated therapeutic approach to counseling clients. My practice is currently operating in a virtual online capacity. I am passionate about guiding your healing journey with personalized techniques and evidence based modalities.
