About me
I'm a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, and self-esteem concerns, and I have particular expertise supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and families.
My clinical focus includes helping people work through communication difficulties, isolation and loneliness, posttraumatic stress, divorce and separation, women's issues, pregnancy and childbirth, and sexuality. I believe that therapy works best when there's genuine alignment between therapist and client, which is why I'm committed to creating a space that honors your values and identity.
I approach therapy with warmth, authenticity, and a person-centered perspective. My goal is to help you build stronger connections—with yourself and others—while developing the tools and insights you need to move forward. Whether you're facing a specific life transition or working through deeper patterns, I'm here to support you with compassion and respect.
Taking the step to seek therapy takes courage, and I'm honored to walk alongside you on your healing journey.
