About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and work as a licensed outpatient therapist. I became trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) in 2021, and I became a certified EMDR therapist in 2022. In 2023, I earned my certification as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level 2.
Currently, I provide individual and family outpatient therapy to clients experiencing a variety of presenting concerns by utilizing evidence based interventions and a client-centered approach. I work with children, adolescents, and adults. My clinical experience includes family/relationship dynamic issues, ADHD, OCD, anxiety, depression, mood dysregulation, and trauma.
